Millwick Waste Recycling is currently seeking a Full-Time Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team.

Location: North York, Ontario (Finch/Hwy 400 Area)

**The shift associated with this position is as follows**:

- Monday to Friday
- 7:00 a.m. start - 4:00 p.m. (Start/Finish times to be discussed)
- Half day on Saturdays may be required.

Millwick Waste Recycling is currently looking for a heaving equipment operator who operates a wheel loader to load and transport material. The loader operator is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the equipment, as well as maintaining and servicing the machine.

**Job responsibilities (but not limited to)**:

- As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heaving machinery to load,

transport and unload materials in a safe an efficient manner. This role requires a high level of precision, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Inspect the machine before and after use to ensure it is in good operating condition.
- Clean and maintain the machine, including checking fluids & lubricating parts.
- Report any issues or needed repairs to maintenance personnel
- Ensure safety guidelines are followed at all times
- Communicate with coworkers and supervisors to ensure efficient and safe operations
- Performs other related work as assigned

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs;
- Must be a team player with good communications skills;

- Pay rates will vary depending on level of experience
