We are looking to hire a program supervisor. The supervisor would first spend time coaching along side our hard working current coaches, then move into a supervisory role.
Duties would include but not limited to:

- Assist in hiring & training new coaches.
- Insuring our coaches are running programming of the highest quality.
- Assessing coaches on their performance, giving constructive feed back, and solutions to problems.
- Staying in close communication with program director.
- Carrying out basic administrative tasks at the classes.
- With training the supervisor must have the ability to remember a vast about of knowledge about the Little Kickers program & be able to answer any questions that arise from parents or coaches.

Qualifications:

- CPR & First Aid Certificate.
- Prior experience coaching a sport to children between 2 - 8 years of age is mandatory.
- Ability to work weekend.
- Ability to travel between soccer fields, or indoors gyms.
- Ability to store soccer equipment at personal residence.
- Post secondary education related to education and or fitness.
- Valid Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening will be required.
- Experience playing on a soccer team

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8 per week

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
