Sonic Milling has a patented technology that allows it to make outstanding Oat Based beverages. We are seeking a Office Manager to join our Saskatoon team.

Reporting to the Plant Controller, this position supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff. This position is accountable for office administration, human resources and payroll. This role will work with mínimal supervision. This is a permanent full-time, hybrid-remote (one day a week in the plant/office), position based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems.
- Design and implement office and company policies
- Oversee employee hiring, onboarding, and offboarding
- Provide HR counsel, coaching and discipline
- Administer benefits and RRSP plans
- Provide administrative support to senior management and other staff.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, memos, forms and presentations
- Other duties within the finance team as require

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of staff and external contacts.

**Schedule**:
8 hour shift, Monday to Friday

**Ability to commute/relocate**:

- Saskatoon, SK: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
- Certification in office management or administration is an asset
- Any of the following certifications: Certified Administrative Professional (CAP), Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS), Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma Certification is considered an asset

**Experience**:

- Office Administration (2 years)
- Experience in payroll and human resources (1 year)

**Work Location**: Hybrid, one day in the office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
