Reporting to the operations manager, you will play a key role in supporting our team's ambitions, patient care, innovating and improving employee experience.

- Strong interest in health and nutrition. Working knowledge of Naturopathic Medicine is a plus.

**Responsibilities**
- Establish genuine rapport with patients, welcoming them and ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish at the clinic.
- Administer patient forms, test results and internal documents through electronic medical records system (Jane).
- Patient checkout including invoicing, insurance billing and receiving payments.
- Demonstrate active listening and empathy to patients using effective communication skills.
- Responsible for the entire patient experience, establishing long term relationships and trust in our team.
- Coordinate community outreach efforts and growth initiatives, ensuring all necessary resources and personnel are in place for events and programs.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Jane EMR (a bonus)
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate needs and potential issues.
- Ability to set goals and design executable goals with timelines around them
