Reporting to the operations manager, you will play a key role in supporting our team's ambitions, patient care, innovating and improving employee experience.

  • Strong interest in health and nutrition. Working knowledge of Naturopathic Medicine is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Establish genuine rapport with patients, welcoming them and ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish at the clinic.
  • Be at the center of clinic communication with patients over email, phone, and online portals
  • Administer patient forms, test results and internal documents through electronic medical records system (Jane).
  • Patient checkout including invoicing, insurance billing and receiving payments.
  • Demonstrate active listening and empathy to patients using effective communication skills.
  • Responsible for the entire patient experience, establishing long term relationships and trust in our team.
  • Coordinate community outreach efforts and growth initiatives, ensuring all necessary resources and personnel are in place for events and programs.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Jane EMR (a bonus)
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate needs and potential issues.
  • Ability to set goals and design executable goals with timelines around them
