**Your Core Responsibilities**
This is an ownership role. You will be responsible for the overall performance of your clinic location.
**Clinic Operations & Excellence**
- Maintain a top-tier clinic environment where all SOPs are followed and accountability loops are upheld.
- Update or create SOPs as the clinic grows, ensuring processes are always optimized.
- Oversee the full patient journey from greeting to check-out, building long-term patient relationships and trust.
- Support team communication and uphold operational standards daily.
**Administrative Leadership**
- Process patient forms, labs, payments, invoicing, insurance billing, and AR management through our EMR (Jane).
- Own AR collections and support financial reporting.
- Maintain clinic scheduling accuracy and support team efficiency.
**Inventory & Reporting**
- Manage and forecast inventory (supplements, supplies, retail).
- Ensure accurate stock counts, vendor orders, and cost awareness.
- Produce weekly/monthly operational reports, identifying trends and opportunities.
**Growth & Collaboration**
- Support our Growth Operations team with community outreach, events, and clinic programs.
- Assist with administrative needs for leadership and marketing teams (documentation, scheduling, data, communication).
- Contribute solutions to improve patient experience, team performance, and clinic systems.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Clinic administration or office management experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
- You naturally anticipate needs before they arise.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with **Jane EMR is a bonus**.
- Ability to design actionable goals with timelines attached.
- Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with accountability systems for yourself and others.
