**Lange Khokhar Law Corporation is currently looking for an experienced Residential and/or Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join our team at our St. Vital office.**

**Responsibilities Include**:

- **Completing purchases, sales and refinancing files from start to finish.**:

- **Communicating with banks, brokers, agents and counsel.**:

- **Organizing and maintaining files, daily filing, opening and closing files and updating file activity.**:

- **Title, tax, utility, permit and all other required searches.**:

- **Preparing Statements of Account.**

**Qualifications Include**:

- **Post-secondary education from an accredited legal program.**:

- **Minimum five (5) years of experience in Canadian real estate.**:

- **Ability to maintain electronic file systems with exceptional attention to detail.**:

- **Ability to organize and prioritize multiple deadlines, completing tasks under time constraints.**:

- **Strong communicator with solid problem solving and analytical skills.**:

- **Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.**:

- **Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs.**:

- **Builder experience considered a strong asset.**

**Job Types: Full-time, Permanent with Part-time consideration.**

**Willing to pay higher than market prices for wage with a comprehensive benefits package.**
