We are looking for 2 reliable individuals with flexible hours who is interested in learning about Real Estate Investing. This role is paid by the hours worked with a bonus structure.

The hourly pay is $15 an hour + commission. Hours a week is minimum 7 hours and max hours is 40hours. The employee will dictate how many hours they want to work. Pay will be made every Friday. (Once a week)

Training will begin as soon as possible.

We are hiring a responsible Driver for our company. You will be responsible for transporting goods to and from different locations. Duties include driving, loading and parking trucks, and maintaining records of shipments. Driver responsibilities include ensuring the safe loading and unloading of cargo, identifying problems with equipment and completing loading documentation. We need someone who’s able to work independently and handle stressful situations. Applicant must hold a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record. A strong work ethic is essential, as you’ll have to complete tasks in a timely manner while going above and beyond the requirements of this position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Pick up or deliver goods and packages in a company’s truck, using a vehicle and personnel required for the specific job; load, unload and (as required) pack, secure and unpack the products; report to a dispatcher.
