Reception/office Admin/assistant

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet clients and direct phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Perform day-to-day accounting functions, including:
- Accounts payable/receivable
- Journal entries & account reconciliations
- Payroll & GST filings
- Liaise with bookkeeper and accountants quarterly and at year-end
- Manage banking transactions
- Maintain and order office supplies
- Filing, photocopying, and general administrative duties
- Keep up-to-date on office real estate transactions and activities
- Assist agents with organizing listings and sales files
- Work within **Matrix** MLS system and support agents with technology platforms
- Track and process agent monthly expenses
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the office
**Qualifications**
- Previous office administration experience; real estate industry knowledge an asset
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with the following programs:
- Microsoft Word & Excel
- Google Business Suite
- Sage 50 Accounting
- Matrix MLS, Webforms, Skyslope
- Canva, Cyberimpact
