We are currently seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and has strong administrative skills, along with a genuine interest in dental technology.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet clients, visitors, and couriers in a friendly and professional manner
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing case deliveries and track shipments
- Provide administrative support to the management and technical teams
- Schedule pickups, organize case flow, and assist with production tracking
- Maintain client records and ensure data accuracy using Labnext (an asset)
- Assist in managing office inventory and supplies
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment

What We’re Looking For:

- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
- Experience in a dental or medical setting is an asset
- Knowledge of dental terminology and Labnext software is a strong advantage
- A professional, proactive, and team-focused attitude

What We Offer:

- Competitive hourly wage: $17.50 - $21.00/hr (commensurate with experience)
