Bayview Trucks & Equipment Ltd. is a Full Service, Parts and Sales dealer for Kenworth Trucks and KUBOTA farm and construction equipment, with 5 locations in New Brunswick (Saint John, Fredericton, Moncton, Woodstock & Bathurst) and two in Nova Scotia, New Glasgow and to Dartmouth. as well as 3 TRP aftermarket stores.

Duties of the Shipper/Receiver include but are not limited to the timely processing of parts being shipped and received by the Parts Department. Locate parts in proper locations, the housekeeping of the warehouse, shelves and other storage areas. Processing cores, warranty and return parts in a timely and accurate manner.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Parts Inventory
- Inspect shipments for damage before unloading from carrier Load and Unload freight from Freight carriers as required on daily bases
- Advise Parts Manager of any damage, shortages or other anomalies
- Check-off and verify products in received order’s
- Receive product into inventory using the Fusion business system
- Ensure that the cost values are correct when receiving product
- Contact customers to advise them their product has arrived
- Locate stock in allotted bins
- Pick and ship customer orders
- Pick and prepare internal stock transfers
- Prepare warranty products for shipping, including Customs & Brokerage documents and shipping manifests
- Prepare cores for return each month
- Pick and ship monthly Kenworth return
- Ensure that paper work is correctly formatted and sent to Head Office on a timely basis

Housekeeping
- Ensure that the snow and ice is removed from around all shipping doors as required
- Perform daily Safety Inspections of fork-lift and complete the Inspection Form Ensure all parts storage areas are kept clean and tidy
- Ensure all shelves in the Showroom are clean, tidy and fully stocked

Other Duties
- Pump DEF in customer units and invoice customer if necessary
- Prepare and ship inter-company mail on a regular basis as scheduled by the Parts Manager
