**St. George, New Brunswick.**

**The Role**:
As part of the Shipping team, reporting to the Shipping Supervisor, this position plays an intermediate role between workers and supervisors and is responsible for helping the workers to meet goals. The lead hand assists the supervisor by coordinating the team, arranging for extra workers if required, evaluating the quality of work of team members, organizing crew tasks, and mentoring employees.

As a working lead hand you will work a continental day shift schedule of 6:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. You will be responsible for order picking, preparing orders for shipping, loading & unloading trucks, verifying load accuracy, verifying incoming goods against invoices, safe storage and handling of goods.

Salary commensurate with experience which includes a competitive health and dental benefit package.
