Currently recruiting for the position of
**Shipper - Receiver**

Reporting to the Production Supervisor the Shipper-Receiver ships, receives and records the movements of doors, frames, hardware, supplies, materials and stock to and from the Division. The Shipper-Receiver prepares products for shipment and performs all duties in accordance with established procedures to ensure customer specifications are met and quality standards are maintained. Training will be provided.

**Responsibilities**
- Wrap and/or boxing products for shipping
- Complete paperwork accurately, in a timely fashion (ie: Bills of Lading, custom forms, customer specific documents)
- Inspect and verify incoming/outgoing goods against documents
- Record shortages/overages, damages
- Load/unload, pack and label containers
- Request supplies to ensure adequate inventory (tape, labels, cartons, etc)
- Other duties as assigned to meet operational requirements

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of shipping procedures and documentation
- Knowledge of shipping tools (tape gun, box cutter, hand truck, pallet strapper, scanner, drill, wire cutters)
- Maintain production schedules following established procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Know and abide by all company rules, policies, procedures and practices
- Work safely and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform final QA check before loading items
- Cooperative, willing to share knowledge and/or mentor others
- Identify communicate areas of potential improvement (cost savings, increased productivity or efficiency)

**Assets**
- Experience in shipping and receiving
- Working knowledge of computer programs (Office, Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Forklift license
