Full Time Foh Associate

**_ We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Full - Time Front Desk Associate, who is eager to advance their career and provide exceptional guest experiences. As a valued member of the Front of House team, you will actively engage with guests and foster positive relationships within our community. Your responsibilities will include assisting guests throughout their entire studio experience, from start to finish._**

**_ Overview of Duties:_**
- **_Associates will play a pivotal role as the Studio Manager’s main support and be a trusted individual during shifts to manage studio operations._**:

- **_Will actively contribute to training and guiding new Team Members and Sweat Equity. Additionally, they will also act as a coach, providing guidance to help team members prioritize tasks effectively._**:

- **_Assisting guests with check - in and directing them to their respective classes._**:

- **_Conducting comprehensive studio tours for new guests._**:

- **_Ensuring the studio space remains clean and tidy by adhering to hourly and daily cleaning checklists._**:

- **_Addressing guest inquiries related to memberships and classes._**:

- **_Delivering exceptional guest services that align with standard operating precedures._**

**_An accomplished team member is wholeheartedly dedicated to assisting the Studio Manager in fostering a collaborative team that operates cohesively, with a shared focus on learning and growth._**

**_ They fully grasp the team’s objectives and prioritize the needs of guests above all else. Furthermore, they are perceptive in identifying problems within the team and actively partnering with the Studio Manager to find effective solutions. With excellent communication skills, they serve as a crucial link between team members and the Studio Manager, ensuring seamless coordination and cooperation._**

**_ FOH Associates must display a level of natural comfort in challenging situations and will be trained in the safe de-escalation of situations of inventory loss management (theft) and challenging situations with members of the downtown community who find themselves tresspassing on Sweat and Tonic property._**

**_ Qualifications_**
- **_1-2 years of experience in customer service, administration, and/or hospitality, preferably with a premium brand._**:

- **_Proficient in both written and verbal communication, demonstrating excellent communication skills._**:

- **_Exceptional customer service abilities, dedicated to delivering outstanding service experiences._**:

- **_Self
- motivated with a strong orientation to work collaboratively and a ‘all hands on deck’ attitude._**:

- **_A personal interest in health and fitness would be considered an advantage._**:

- **_Safely de-escalate situations of shoplifting and/or trespassing (formal training will be provided)._**
