**We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Full-Time Front Desk Associate at Sweat and Tonic - Yonge/Shuter who is eager to advance their career and provide exceptional guest experiences. As a valued member of the Front of House team, you will actively engage with guests and foster positive relationships within our community. Your responsibilities will include assisting guests throughout their entire studio experience.**

**Primary Job Responsibilities**
- Support the Shift Manager to provide seamless studio operations.
- Assist in training and guiding new team members and Sweat Equity.
- Act as a coach, providing guidance to help team members prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professionally greet and assist members and guests.
- Support the Shift Manager in various studio technical difficulties.
- Assist in maintaining orderly and clean studio spaces, common areas and retail area.
- Respond and assist with guest inquiries, concerns and discrepancies.
- Maintain/update guest accounts.
- Answer phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct comprehensive studio tours for new guests.
- Assist with studio opening/closing procedures.
- Deliver exceptional guest services that align with standard operating procedures.
- Willingness to safely de-escalate situations of shoplifting and/or trespassing (formal training will be provided).
- Aid in ad hoc tasks for other departments.

**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administration, and/or hospitality, preferably with a premium brand.
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service abilities, dedicated to delivering outstanding service experiences.
- Self-motivated with a strong orientation to work collaboratively and an ‘all hands on deck’ attitude.
- A personal interest in health and fitness would be considered an advantage.

**About You**

You are an accomplished team player who works cross functionally with a diverse team. You possess excellent problem solving skills and an ability to take initiative and assist with studio tasks and finding effective solutions without direction.

Additionally, all FOH Associates will receive training on non-physical de-escalation in challenging situations and inventory loss management (theft) with members of the downtown community.
