**What You’ll Be Doing**
- **Executive Support & Scheduling**:

- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives.
- Manage calendars with precision, particularly within **Outlook**, resolving scheduling conflicts and setting up appointments, meetings, and reminders.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, decks, and presentations for clarity and accuracy.
- **Communication & Coordination**:

- Maintain professional and friendly communication with clients, partners, and team members.
- **Office & Project Operations**:

- Organize virtual and in-person meetings, create agendas, capture notes, and follow up on action items.
- Support front desk operations (virtually or in-office as needed), greeting visitors and delivering top-tier service.
- **Project Support**: Track key initiatives, follow up with stakeholders, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Use **QuickBooks** for basic financial tracking and **DocuSign** for managing time-sensitive contracts and document execution.
- **Tech & Tools Mastery**:

- Manage internal systems.
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive team efficiency.
- Leverage AI tools to streamline tasks and improve productivity.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **A-Player Attitude**: You anticipate problems before they arise, execute with excellence, and bring creative solutions to the table.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role; customer service/front desk experience is a plus.
- **Tech Proficiency**: Expertise in **Microsoft Office Suite**, especially **Outlook**. Familiarity with **QuickBooks**, **DocuSign**, and digital tools is a bonus.
- **Organizational Wizardry**: You live by lists, tasks management tools, automate tasks, and keep people on track.
- **Sharp Eye for Detail**: You catch typos in a flash and ensure all communications are polished and professional.
- **Confidentiality & Discretion**: You are trusted with sensitive information and handle it with integrity.

- Thrive in high-velocity, high-accountability environments.
- Have worked with founders, executives, or startup teams.
- Know how to automate calendar workflows or create SOPs for recurring tasks.
- Have excellent judgment and a calm presence in times of change or pressure.

Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour
