**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Support the Product Development Process by assisting the Product Development Manager in leading, organizing, and executing the new product development process.
- Review and compare quote sheets from vendors.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date product database by meticulously cataloging product specifications, pricing information, supplier details, and any other relevant data. Regularly audit the database to ensure completeness and accuracy, and proactively update it with new product releases, revisions, and discontinuations to provide a reliable resource for all stakeholders.
- Help to manage all departmental projects, samples, award letters, project boards on systems, administrative work, etc.
- Fully manage projects for existing product (projects updates). This involves initiating and implementing updates to enhance product features, improve performance, or address customer feedback.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- 2-3 years of experience in product development within the consumer goods industry, preferably with a focus on kitchen appliances or related categories.
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Creative and autonomous mindset, with strong project management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a proven track record multi-tasking in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to collaborate across departments and with stakeholders to manage timelines and project deliverables.

**ASSISTANT(E) RESPONSABLE DU DÉVELOPPEMENT DES PRODUITS**

**RESPONSABILITÉS**:
- Soutenir le processus de développement de produits en aidant le directeur du développement de produits à diriger, organiser et exécuter le processus de développement de nouveaux produits.
- Examiner et comparer les devis des fournisseurs.
- Maintenir une base de données de produits précise et à jour en cataloguant méticuleusement les spécifications des produits, les informations sur les prix, les détails sur les fournisseurs et toute autre donnée pertinente. Vérifier régulièrement la base de données pour s'assurer qu'elle est complète et exacte, et la mettre à jour de manière proactive avec les nouvelles versions de produits, les révisions et les abandons, afin de fournir une ressource fiable à toutes les parties prenantes.
- Contribuer à la gestion de tous les projets du département, des échantillons, des lettres d'attribution, des tableaux de projets sur les systèmes, du travail administratif, etc.
- Gérer entièrement des projets pour des produits existants (mises à jour de projets). Il s'agit d'initier et de mettre en œuvre des mises à jour afin d'améliorer les fonctionnalités du produit, d'améliorer les performances ou de répondre aux commentaires des clients.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- 2 à 3 ans d'expérience dans le développement de produits au sein de l'industrie des biens de consommation, de préférence dans le domaine des appareils de cuisine ou des catégories connexes.
- Baccalauréat de préférence.
- Esprit créatif et autonome, fortes compétences en gestion de projet et capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois.
- Solides compétences analytiques et organisationnelles, avec une expérience avérée en matière de gestion multitâche dans un environnement dynamique et en évolution rapide.
