We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Commission-Based Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles while delivering exceptional customer service. Your ability to build relationships, negotiate deals, and close sales will directly impact your earnings, with uncapped commission potential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with potential customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Present, demonstrate, and sell new and pre-owned vehicles effectively.
- Follow up on leads, conduct test drives, and guide customers through the sales process.
- Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-ins to close deals.
- Maintain strong product knowledge of all makes and models available.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to maximize commission earnings.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to optimize sales strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a competitive environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
