The Spa at The Pearle Hotel, is currently looking for Spa Attendants to join our team.

We do this through thoughtful, genuine service interactions with our guests and our team members. And as a Spa Attendant, you have an integral part in bringing your guests journey to wellness and relaxation, to fruition.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Overseeing the guest experience throughout the spa
- Provide exceptional customer service at all points of contact, including but not limited to, interacting with guests and answering enquiries.
- Conduct spa tours.
- Inform guests of safety and enjoyment within the pool and spa area.
- Managing laundry from all departments of the spa, including the pool, café, and gym.
- Maintaining a professional and clean spa environment throughout the spa.
- Maintaining the relaxation area, including serving guests.
- Maintaining cleanliness in changes rooms.
- Disinfecting all touch points throughout the spa.
- General cleaning, including vacuuming and mopping floors as needed.
- Shifts - Opening and closing shifts. Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to meet the business needs, including evenings, weekend, and holidays.

**Qualifications**
- Smart Serve certification

**Experience**
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a spa environment preferred
- Experience working in a hospitality, or customer service role

**Skills**
- Warm, friendly, and welcoming
- Ability to communicate directly with customers in order to fulfill their needs
- A keen eye for detail
- Self motivated
- Professional demeanor
