Spa Front Desk Receptionist

Applicants must be available to work a variety of shifts, including working evenings and weekends.
- Smart Server Certified
- Experience in a spa environment
- Knowledge of Book4Time software preferred but not required
- Previous hotel and/or hospitality experience
- Ability to multitask.
- Self-motivated, and enjoys working within a team environment.
- Strong administrative and computer skills.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Always provide outstanding customer service.
- Exceptional phone etiquette
- Assists guests with Check-in and Check-out
- Coordinates guest details and requests with the service providers and attendants to ensure a smooth experience
- Inform clients about the benefits of our skin care line; achieve retail sales targets.
- Process payments
- Opening and closing duties.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as required.
