**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service at all points of contact, including but not limited to, interacting with guests and answering enquiries.
- Conduct spa tours.
- Inform guests of safety points within the pool and spa area.
- Manage laundry from all areas of the spa, including the pool, cafe, and gym.
- Maintain a professional and clean spa environment throughout the spa.
- Maintain the relaxation area, including serving guests.
- Maintain cleanliness in changes rooms.
- General cleaning, including vacuuming and mopping floors as needed.
- Food & Beverage service in the Spa Lounge
