The Pearle Hotel & Spa is searching for a Bell & Valet Attendant with previous experience in a luxury hotel or service setting. Responsibilities include greeting our wonderful guests, assisting them with their luggage, valeting their car and working with a dedicated team to ensure a smooth and memorable stay from arrival to departure.

- You hold a valid 'G' driver’s license with clean driver’s history

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Greet arriving guests and retrieve their luggage
- Escort guests to their rooms, explain the room facilities
- Deliver luggage, amenities, guest requests quickly and efficiently
- Transport departing guests’ luggage from the room to the lobby, ensure that the guest has verified that all luggage has been accounted for
- Assist with keeping lobby area clean, orderly and sanitized
- Ensure that luggage has been stored safely according to prescribed procedures
- Monitor and direct personal and commercial vehicle traffic on the property
- Ensure vehicles are legally parked
- Maintain a smooth and efficient flow of traffic
- Provide valet car park assistance
- Be fully aware of what functions are going on in the hotel
- Maintain security of vehicles and vehicle keys.
- Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors.
- Maintain security and access to the parking garage
- Maintain cleanliness of parking garage and hotel front entrance
- Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
- Other duties as assigned by leader on duty
