**Client Care**

The Client Care Coordinator (Inside Sales Associate) is the most important role in the organization. They are enthusiastic, self-starting, results-driven and have an unwavering passion for understanding the needs of others.

Success is not about quantity, but about the quality of interaction we provide our clients, as the ISA strives to convert inquiries into appointments through personalized follow-up.

**What you will do**:
This individual will take ownership of inquiries and actively use systems and tools to convert them into appointments. This person demonstrates the organizational and time management skills necessary to handle the constant flow of inquiries coming. They will proactively seek new inquiries through outbound methods, including building and nurturing relationships within our database.

**How you add value**:

- Represent the Brokerage with integrity, gratitude, respect, and humility, in alignment with our core values
- Cultivate inbound sales inquiries and outbound calling efforts to generate in-person appointments using a tailored approach
- Consult with the Agent Success Manager and Realtors to ensure consistency and quality for initial inquiry, all the way through the listing process
- Driven to achieve productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets
- Data entry of client information into our CRM to ensure their preferences are accurately set
- Practice and follow scripts to deliver on the team value proposition
- Manage sales pipeline to ensure processes run smoothly and follow-up is consistent
- Accurately track and report productivity and sales metrics
- Respond to new clients daily from various sources
- Schedule appointments for Listing, Buyer, and/or Pre-Construction Specialists
- Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
- Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele
- Partner with Listings Manager and Agent Success Manager to customize tailored appointments and leads to specialized Realtors

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
