**What We Do**
We are an expense management firm which means we work with clients to devise strategies and solutions that will help contain, lower and/or optimize their expenses within 3 main areas:
1. Utilities - electricity and natural gas including retail contract procurement, delivery charge reviews and energy efficiency reviews.
2. Credit card processing - providing POS solutions that offer businesses state of the art features at a price that is fair and reasonable.
3. Cell phone management - using our pooled data management approach, we provide affordable cell phone plans for businesses and personal use.

**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Client Support Coordinator will be responsible for supporting Sales and Customer Services on assorted operational and administrative matters, and for collecting, organizing, and filing energy information for current and prospective clients. Coordinator will also be supporting the Operations and Finance team with daily and project-based activities.
**Responsibilities will include**
- Assisting in migration of energy clients from current to future contracts - dealing with suppliers on required changes, advising clients.
- Organizing A/R activities, contacting clients and working with suppliers to resolve billing and payment issues, coordinating with Sales and the Credit team as required.
- Assisting Operations and Sales teams with contracts, status changes, fee schedules and client communications.
- Dealing with suppliers to fix billing issues.
- Creating client volume profile from invoices.
- Importing client/site details and volumes into internal systems.
- Collecting information and forms from Sales staff and verifying that client information and details are complete.
- Reviewing and analyzing forms and information for correctness and entering details into forms, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
- Researching, organizing, entering, and electronically filing collected client information.
- Working with Sales staff to renew client contracts and update client details as required.
- Direct contract placements (non-tendered) - coordinating with suppliers, Finance and Sales
- Taking on other duties as assigned.
- Backup other operational and finance functions
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
- Legally able to work in Canada.
- Possess a high school diploma. Post-secondary course work or diplomas/certificates in business or related fields are an asset but not required.
- Relevant experience in a professional office environment is preferred.
- Strong language skills, effectively manage communications during transitions to new suppliers for upcoming terms, even when changes may involve increased pricing.
- Ability to manage time, handle multiple tasks, and work efficiently within tight deadlines.
- Flexible and adaptive in response to team needs.
- Experience with customer service.
- Attention to detail. Strong ability to complete tasks in a professional and timely manner, producing high quality and accurate results.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- You are a team player and can collaborate with multiple team members across varying seniority levels. You like to have fun and celebrate meaningful success.
