Client Services Coordinator

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service. You will coordinate various projects, manage client accounts, and analyze market trends to enhance our service offerings. This position is ideal for someone with a background in financial services or SaaS who excels in communication and project management.
**Responsibilities**
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, fostering strong client relationships.
- Manage client accounts and ensure timely delivery of services, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
- Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Utilize Salesforce and other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track interactions and maintain accurate client records.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support client onboarding processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide training and support to clients on our products and services, ensuring they maximize their value.
- Prepare reports on client engagement metrics and project outcomes for internal review.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in customer service or account management, preferably within the financial services or SaaS industries.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems is highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making processes.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Pay: $48,152.00-$50,349.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
