The customer support specialist for vendor managed inventory (VMI) enabled accounts is responsible for managing and replenishing the customers’ inventory of material. The VMI specialist is the single point of contact and partner with the customers, analyzing historical sales, placing orders, and constantly communicating with the customers to provide feedback/suggestions. This function involves collaboration with Product Managers, Pricing Managers, Customer Service and other groups.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Manage ordering process for all customer accounts under his responsability.
- Analyze the customer's sales activity and propose inventory adjustments based on agreed-upon targets.
- Synchronize customer's database with ours on a regular basis, so as to avoid any order errors.
- Support post-sales activities (order expedite, delivery status, stock return, etc.).
- Participate in the development and implementation of new VMI accounts and/or new branches.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint.
- Run Ad Hoc reports and analysis on stock levels and SKUs to improve stock availability.
- Assist and back up colleagues.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s or college degree in Business administration (or equivalent).
- 5 years of experience in a similar B2B environment.
- Customer focus.
- Data driven.
- Proven organizational skills.
- Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written).
