**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Act as a brand ambassador of the company and all our restaurant brands
- Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management and operations find, hire, and retain quality talent
- Continuously partner with recruiting team and HR to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies
- Proactively source new partnerships with community groups, educational institutions, and other recruitment partners
- Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements
- Follow up on interview process status and update records in the internal database
- Provide coaching and guidance to more junior-level recruiting staff
- Other duties as assigned

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Must be bilingual in French and English (written and verbal communication in both official languages)
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- 6 months+ of recruiting experience; experience in the Food & Beverage or Hospitality Industry is a strong asset
- Self-starter and understands the sense of urgency in a fast-moving environment
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Demonstrated experience in implementing creative approaches to sourcing and attracting talent
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A believer and an advocate of company culture
- Handles sensitive information with ultimate discretion
- Working knowledge of Japanese language skills is a strong asset
