Responsable de l'Acquisition de Talents bilingue
pour soutenir l'un de nos plus grands clients dans le secteur pharmaceutique, basé à Sainte-Foy, Québec. Ce poste hybride nécessite une présence sur site trois jours par semaine.
Le ou la candidat(e) idéal(e) est un(e) professionnel(le) du recrutement expérimenté(e), capable de gérer une équipe et de prendre en charge l'ensemble du cycle de recrutement. Vous jouerez un rôle clé en tant que partenaire stratégique auprès de notre client, en veillant à la mise en œuvre de solutions de talents efficaces et alignées avec ses objectifs d'affaires.
Responsabilités principales
- Encadrer et soutenir une équipe de 2 recruteurs en assurant le coaching, le suivi de la performance et l'accompagnement au quotidien.
- Gérer le processus complet de recrutement pour divers types de postes, de la prise de besoin à la signature de l'offre.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les gestionnaires d'embauche et les parties prenantes du client pour comprendre les besoins en recrutement et y répondre efficacement.
- Garantir une expérience positive pour les candidats et les clients tout au long du processus de recrutement.
- S'assurer que les processus de recrutement respectent les attentes du client et les meilleures pratiques du secteur.
- Fournir des rapports réguliers sur les activités de recrutement et la performance de l'équipe.
- Promouvoir les bonnes pratiques en matière de sourcing, d'engagement des candidats et de recrutement inclusif.
- Respect des accords collectifs de travail et des procédures de relations du travail
Profil recherché
- Expérience avérée en gestion et développement d'équipes de recrutement (idéalement 2 personnes ou plus).
- Solide expérience en recrutement de bout en bout, avec un fort souci de qualité et d'efficacité.
- Excellentes compétences relationnelles, organisationnelles et en communication.
- Capacité à bâtir des relations de confiance avec les candidats et les parties prenantes internes.
- Une expérience dans le secteur pharmaceutique ou des soins de santé est un atout.
- Expérience préalable dans un environnement syndiqué, de préférence dans la fabrication, la santé ou la pharmacie
- Expérience pratique en recrutement, notamment dans des environnements à fort volume et syndiqués

About the Role
Hudson RPO is seeking a bilingual
Talent Acquisition Lead
to support one of our largest pharmaceutical clients in Sainte-Foy, Québec. This is a hybrid position, requiring on-site presence three days per week. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on recruitment professional with proven experience leading a team and managing full-cycle recruitment.
As the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will manage and mentor a team of two recruiters while actively participating in end-to-end recruitment activities. You'll serve as a strategic partner to the client, ensuring the delivery of high-quality talent solutions that align with their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of 2 recruiters, providing coaching, guidance, and performance management.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across various functions, from intake to offer.
- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Maintain strong candidate and client experiences throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure recruitment processes align with client expectations.
- Report regularly on recruitment activity and team performance.
- Promote best practices in sourcing, candidate engagement, and diversity hiring.
- Adherence to collective bargaining agreements and labor relations procedures
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in
leading and developing recruitment teams
(ideally 2 or more direct reports). - Strong background in
end-to-end recruitment
with a focus on quality and efficiency. - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Previous experience in a
pharmaceutical or healthcare environment
is an asset. - Previous experience working within a unionized environment, preferably in manufacturing, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals.
