**Claims**: Bilingual Claim Support Specialist and Claim Support Specialist

**Customer Service**: Bilingual Customer Service Representative and Customer Service Representative

Work Experience

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Completion of University post-graduate degree or College diploma.
Bilingualism required (French and English). Bilingualism in French and English is necessary to ensure effective communication with all stakeholders of the Chubb company.
0-3 years of work experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to take initiative in solving problems independently.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to follow-up independently.
Ability to respond as a team player, in a multi-task environment.
Must possess an aptitude for technical, detail-oriented work.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
