**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all operational aspects of the Fuel Card Division, including account setup, transaction processing, billing, and customer service.
- Monitor and manage fuel card usage, fraud detection, and card security measures.
- Lead and supervise the fuel card operations team to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support customer onboarding and retention initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with fuel station partners and network providers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance, KPIs, and business metrics to senior management.
- Manage operational budgets and contribute to strategic planning and growth initiatives.
- Assist in the development and rollout of new products or system enhancements within the fuel card platform.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the fuel, logistics, or financial services industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in using ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
