**Job Summary**

**What is the opportunity?**

We are seeking a self-motivated, client
- focused, team player to join our Travel Insurance Operations team at RBC Insurance.

This role is all about operational management and oversight of travel insurance services provided by our 3rd party administrator.

You will be a key member of the operational management team and your deeply collaborative and client
- centric nature will allow you to coordinate with our 3rd party administrator, resulting in an exceptional client experience. Your finely-honed decision-making skills, combined with your innate sense of quality, will set the stage for success.

**What will you do?**
- Assess performance related to day-to-day client experience provided by 3rd party administrator and take action as appropriate
- Ensure that our 3rd party administrator is adhering to established policy and operating procedures
- Manage daily inquiries from internal and external partners
- Lead escalations through to resolution while providing effective and timely communication to stakeholders
- Ongoing assessment of medical cases, client experience, financial and reputational risk as it relates to emergency assistance and claims
- Responsible for conducting quality audits as required

**What will you need to succeed?**

Must Have:

- Minimum 3 to 5 years of operations/claims experience
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Strong and proven decision-making skills, analytical and problem solving
- Excellent influential and leadership skills
- Computer competency in Word, Excel and Power Point

Nice to Have:

- Claim adjudication/medical case management background is considered an asset
- Travel industry knowledge preferred
- Bilingual in both English and French is preferred
