Immigration Case Officer

**Job Summary**
The Immigration Officer plays a crucial role in the immigration process, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations while assisting individuals seeking immigration benefits. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with applicants. The Immigration Officer will conduct interviews, review documentation, and manage case files to facilitate the immigration process efficiently.
**Responsibilities**
- Review client documents for accuracy, completeness, and IRCC compliance.
- Communicate with clients to gather information and provide case updates.
- Guide clients in completing immigration forms and declarations.
- Upload documents to relevant portals and maintain digital records.
- Ensure all files comply with IRCC and internal company standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and follow data protection policies.
**Requirements**:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proficiency in data entry and administrative tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading abilities.
- Must possess a strong attention to detail to ensure compliance with legal standards.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity throughout the immigration process.
This position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on individuals' lives while working within a dynamic environment focused on public service.
Pay: $38,000.00-$46,000.00 per year
