**Overview**

**Duties**
- Verify client eligibility for various immigration programs by assessing supporting documents
- Stay up to date with changes in immigration laws, regulations, and policies to ensure compliance.
- Assist clients with form completion and ensure clarity in the documentation
- Maintain confidentiality and data security when handling sensitive client information.
- Provide general administrative support to the immigration services team.

**Skills**
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with immigration software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.50-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
