Green Light Immigration is a growing immigration practice, and we are looking for a Case Manager who is able to adapt to the new practice quickly and to work with very little supervision.

We focus on all aspects of Canadian immigration.

We focus on providing excellent legal services, expertise, client care, and detailed research.

Green Light Immigration is seeking an outstanding professional to join our team and to build a long-term career. This individual must be a seasoned Canadian immigration expert who prides themselves on professionalism, customer service, and excellent quality work.
- Start working on a client’s file as soon as it is assigned by consultants or supervisors in adherence to deadlines established and instructions provided;
- Immediately update any routine file progress, such as requests, documents or information sent to/received from clients during the working day exclusively using Monday Project Management Program;
- Independently study immigration programs using official resources;
- Independently solve all file-pertaining issues with clients using existing company manuals, web resources or other case managers’ assistance to avoid them contacting the consultants directly;
- Assist consultants with booking appointments, preparing submission letters and any other business correspondence;
- Assist clients with filling out forms and preparing employment and support letters; provide guidance on documents gathering;
- Upload and review documents and/or information immediately upon receipt and advise clients within a maximum of 48 business hours;
- Report daily to the Supervisor on current assignment progress;
- Attend team meetings twice a week and be prepared for particular case discussions;
- Assist other case managers with the workload in case of emergency/overloading.

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
