The Opportunity

As an integral part of the Marketing team, the Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing our digital marketing and communications initiatives. Working closely with the Sales and Product Development teams, you will drive online awareness, engagement, and demand for our products and brands; develop and curate engaging content; generate leads; and support our strategic objectives. - Website management and optimization: play a key role in the evolution of our Brands’ websites, with a focus on enhancing UX of key audiences, using CRO to optimize engagement.
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement lead generation strategies to engage customers, generate demand, and develop a consistent flow of qualified leads.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor performance using analytics tools to identify trends and insights and make data-driven recommendations for future campaigns and initiatives. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to demonstrate results, analyze outcomes and show a positive return-on-investment from digital channels.
- Market Research: monitor & evaluate competitive market activities; understand changing communications trends and changes to audience consumption and engagement. Stay up to date on industry trends and monitor competitors’ digital marketing activities, offerings, and promotions.
- Partner Management: Oversee relationships with internal stakeholders and external digital marketing agencies, freelancers, and partners.
- Cross-functional collaboration: work collaboratively across teams and business units, to support a high-performance culture
- Assist and participate in special projects, conferences, shows, and events as required
- Act as a GDAM advocate, supporting all our brands and products
- In-market travel and unrestricted access to a vehicle is required
- Additional tasks, duties, and/or projects will be assigned as needed

What You Need
- Post secondary education in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Drupal, PIM systems, and social media management tools.
- Up to date with current AI trends and how to use various tools to optimize workflow and results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-driven mindset and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
