À quoi ressembleront vos journées en tant que Coordinateur (trice) de services?

- Être sur appel le soir et fin de semaine pour les appels urgents approximativement 1 semaine par mois
- Gérer les horaires des techniciens de service internes

We are looking to hire a Service Coordinator to join our dynamic Service team. As our Dispatcher, you will be the first point of contact for customers and subcontractors. This is a fast-paced environment, so we are looking for someone who gets energized by working under pressure.

**What will your days look like?**
- Route daily Service team traffic and triage accordingly, including:

- Service tickets
- Phone calls
- Being on-call to answer urgent Service calls approximately 1 week per month
- Manage schedules of internal Service technicians
- Manage schedule of subcontractors as required
- Create labor quotes
- Create labor invoices
- Create Service Orders
- Deal with customers throughout North America
