Event Sales and Partnership Manager

Aspen North Capital Inc. is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Event Sales & Partnerships Manager to lead our luxury event space into its next chapter of growth. This is a high-impact role focused on generating top-tier revenue through strategic event bookings and brand collaborations.
You’ll be responsible for proactively selling Aspen’s venue to a refined clientele, curating elevated brand partnerships, and playing a key role in positioning Aspen as Toronto’s most sought-after event destination for high-net-worth audiences.

You’re looking to step into a role where your contacts, ambition, and strategy can generate $1M+ in revenue in your first 6 months.
Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Space Sales & Bookings
- Proactively identify and target high-value clients for private and corporate bookings
- Lead outbound sales efforts, pitch meetings, and site tours
- Respond to inquiries and work with the Event Director to deliver custom proposals
- Negotiate and close contracts to meet aggressive sales and revenue targets
- Develop strategic sales outreach plans to drive consistent event bookings
Partnership & Sponsorship Development
- Source and secure premium brand partnerships and sponsorship opportunities
- Develop tailored sponsorship packages that enhance the Aspen experience
- Work with the Event Director to negotiate terms, contracts, and deliverables
- Engage with aligned luxury brands to expand Aspen’s reach and positioning
Strategic Outreach & Market Development
- Build and execute a comprehensive outreach strategy to elevate Aspen in the market
- Conduct industry research to identify new event segments and partnership targets
- Cultivate relationships with key players—event planners, media, corporates, luxury networks
Client & Partner Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and partners throughout the event process
- Ensure seamless communication and high-touch service delivery
- Foster long-term relationships to secure repeat business and brand loyalty
Sales Reporting & Analysis
- Track and report on event sales, partnership ROI, and revenue performance
- Analyze results to continuously refine strategies and exceed growth objectives
- Maintain accurate documentation using CRM tools and internal systems
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in luxury event sales, partnership development, or business development
- A strong local network and the ability to generate high-value leads quickly
- Proven ability to close deals and deliver $1M+ in new revenue within tight timeframes
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy: proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and event management tools
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality (preferred, not required)
- Access to a vehicle and valid driver’s license for offsite client meetings
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and attend industry events as needed
Working Conditions
- Full-time, high-performance role based in Toronto
- Flexibility required for evening and weekend availability

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
