- Assist in proofreading documents to ensure clarity and correctness before distribution.
- Support the administrative team in various tasks as needed to enhance office efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Proficient in data entry with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with patients.
- Familiarity with clerical duties such as filing and document management.
- Effective proofreading skills to maintain high standards of written communication.
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism in phone etiquette and customer support interactions.
