**Job description**
**Position Scope**
The **Customer Service Manager** is responsible for overseeing that our Franchise Owners deliver the excellent service levels that our customers expect. This key position within our organization encounters a variety of situations throughout the year, lending to its challenge and variety in daily activities.
**Essential Duties**:
- Be an ambassador for JAN-PRO by always representing the company professionally in front of customers, potential customers and our Franchise Owners.
- Perform inspections of our customer’s facilities, ensuring they receive top service levels as defined in their contract.
- Provide feedback on inspections to our Franchise Owners, guiding them in areas where they can improve their service levels.
- Lead formal and on-site training seminars for new Franchise Owners in our Certification Training Program.
- Maintain and develop our vast network of Franchise Owner’s, sharing best practices to enhance their skill set.
- Meet with new customers and Franchise Owners to establish proper relationships and review services contracted
- Provide estimates and sign contracts for Special Service cleaning (hard floor care, carpet cleaning, windows, etc.) required by our customers.
- Ensures all WHMIS protocols, SDS and workplace health and safety regulations are observed by Franchise Owners.
- Investigate and provide same day resolution for any service deficiencies delivered by our Franchisees.
- Maintain proper records for our company databases.
- **Exceptional customer service skills** and is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- **Excellent written and oral communication**skills in English language (being multi-lingual is certainly a benefit).
- **Professional demeanour** with ability to both work with others and assume leadership role.
- Experience with janitorial equipment in a commercial environment is an asset but not a necessity.
- Ability to manage teams of people in organized structures.
- **Excellent problem-solving skills**.
- Good presentation skills.
- Proficiency with computers - particularly Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
- College or University Degree is an asset.

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
