**About the role**:
Edmonton RV is growing and we want you to grow along with us We are looking for a Service Manager for our busy RV parts/repair shop. This is a new position in our organization which has been created to meet the ever-growing demand for quality RV service. You will report directly to the General Manager.

As Service Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the Service Department including day-to-day operations, long term planning, and overall technician efficiency.

As a Service Manager, your duties are:

- Overseeing the Service Department and all service staff to perform quality retail, warranty, and internal repair work.
- Hiring/supervising all department personnel, conducting periodic employee reviews.
- Coordinating with the Parts Department for the efficient order of parts required for repair work.
- Overseeing the P&L of the Service Department and identifying ways to increase profits/control costs.
- Ensuring estimates/work orders are written correctly utilizing our internal software.
- Handling customer inquiries/complaints in a timely manner.
- Be a journeyman RV Technician.
- Have 3+ years experience in a service department role (management preferred).
- Have a passion for camping and the outdoors.
- Have excellent phone and computer skills (Including Gmail, Google Docs, Microsoft Windows 10, etc)
- Be punctual.
- Be open to new ideas and love a new challenge.
- Be available 9:00am-5:30pm Monday thru Friday.
- Be available to work on Saturdays during camping season (May-October).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $79,000.00-$149,000.00 per year
