**Essential Functions**:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Lead meetings with potential clients, discuss needs, and provide solutions.
- Create accurate and competitive customer quotes.
- Manage customer relationships and address concerns promptly.
- Issue invoices, collect payments, and oversee financial transactions.
- Recruit and lead siding installation crews, manage change in orders, and order materials.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records and submit progress reports using our CRM system.

**Qualifications**:
To excel in this role, you should have:

- Experience in sales and operations management, preferably in construction or siding.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using a CRM system for project management and client communication.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Ideal Siding Team

Pay: $110,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Sales: 3 years (required)

**Location**:

- Langley, BC V3A 7R3 (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Langley, BC V3A 7R3
