Are you a dynamic and customer-focused individual looking to make an impact in a thriving trailer rental business? We are seeking a talented and motivated Inside Sales Representative (Sales Coordinator) to join our team in Langley.

This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations and excellent service for our clients. If you have a passion for sales, and the ambition to introduce ATCO's products across Langley's construction industry, we want you on our team.

In this role you are responsible for managing inbound sales opportunities. In this role you will support the Branch Manager with day-to-day fleet administration activities, maintaining fleet availability listings, service scheduling, and the coordination of modular logistics.

This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to build knowledge and career in Sales, Operations, and Service functions within ATCO's Space Rentals business.

**What You Get to Do**:
Assist the Outside Sales team in preparing quotes, liaising with clients, and managing other in-house projects.
Assist with any inquiries and be accountable for taking any web leads, taking sales orders online, walk-in, and through telephone.
Respond to routine requests from the sales team on equipment availability for pending rentals.
Allocate and manage fleet buildings to hire jobs between sales, contract administration, and operations.
Secure contracts for the rental and sale of new manufactured and existing products and services.
Price and prepare rental and sales quotes (including pricing, modifications, and submissions of all simple drawings whilst ensuring the product/service sold meets documented customer criteria and is within the agreed company capabilities).
Prepare fleet utilization reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
Be well informed about current industry trends and be able to communicate effectively with customers about relevant industry activity.
Comfortable using Salesforce, Starfleet and other software's.
Maintain regular contact with potential customers to strengthen relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Who You Are**:
Strong Background in construction sales, the rental industry, and customer service
Ability to read and understand basic blueprints.
Passionate on the technical and sales side of the modular units
Go-getter with good relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, looking to accept and create new positive challenges, proactive with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
Is self-aware and seeks feedback to support personal growth.
