Flynn Group of Companies is currently looking for a Service Coordinator to support our Victoria Branch located in Saanichton, BC (Office Location - 6836 - Kirkpatrick Crescent #1, Saanichton BC V8M 1Z9). This role will include duties related to coordination and working with the superintendents/field staff for the Service department.
- Responsibilities
- Review contracts for site requirements and accuracy
- Organize and schedule jobs
- Ordering materials and supplies as per job requirements, as well as ensuring proper equipment is available and arranged
- High volume file management; ensuring files are complete, all authorizations and information is present for work completed
- Prepare work orders, letters, quotes, etc. and invoicing customers for completed work
- Providing Foreman and crews with job information and requirements
- Handling incoming customer calls & inquiries and dispatching crews to handle leak calls
- Qualifications
- Previous experience in a construction environment is considered an asset
- Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to pay strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, stay organized, and perform in a deadline-oriented environment
- Reliable, with strong problem-solving skills
- Work independently as well as in a team-based environment
