**What you will be doing**:
**Major Responsibilities/Duties/Critical Tasks**

Strategy and UX
- Create high-performing digital experiences grounded in customer, market, and competitive insights, and with best-in-class UX design
- Manage global product strategy for AmerisourceBergen’s ecosystem of corporate and business segment websitesDrive the creation and prioritization of the web roadmap to constantly improve the User Experience (UX) of the website, balance customer, business, and technology needs, and ultimately drive maximum impact and improve the overall digital experience of AmerisourceBergen’s global web ecosystem
- Provides strategic leadership and oversight for transforming digital/web experience for AmerisourceBergen, Alliance Healthcare, and related business units to create a unified and seamless experience for stakeholders and users across the globe.

Global Governance & Compliance
- In partnership with IT and commercial marketing teams, drive alignment on web governance, technical roadmap, upgrades/enhancements and development across internal teams and external partners.
- Collaborate across teams to build a comprehensive search engine optimization (SEO) strategy and successfully execute content and brand marketing strategies.
- Proactively work with Information Technology, Information Security, Legal/Compliance, and other partners to maintain a secure website and regulatory compliance across digital platforms (privacy, legal, compliance, security, accessibility).
- Develops and implements concepts, policies, and standards for the scalable and consistent operation of the ecosystem of websites and other related digital channels.
- Define, implement, and monitor accessibility standards and integration into digital web experiences in partnership with Experience Research and Design (ExRD) team.

Digital Brand Awareness
- Determine AmerisourceBergen’s enterprise digital advertising strategy, using social, organic, and paid advertising to drive awareness of the organization
- Partner with the PR, digital and social media teams to amplify the enterprise awareness campaigns

Data and reporting
- Own achievement of KPIs for the website and regularly report on performance towards goals, in close alignment with Brand Experience and Commercial Marketing teams and other growth channels
- Monitor, optimize, and produce reports on digital metrics/analytics for campaigns, organic site traffic, content, and brand marketing activities.

**What your background should look like**:
Experience Required
- Experience managing SiteCore content management system, including developing and implementing procedures for content strategy, governance, and distributed authorship.
- Experience developing and supporting a large, complex, and global web ecosystem.
- Proven understanding of UX, IA, and UI best practices and the ability to stay current in web interface design.
- Experience leading brand and/or commercial marketing teams with a focus on brand marketing, content design and digital marketing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of accessibility and Section 508/WCAG 2.0 Guidelines.
- Strong writing, presenting, and communication skills. Comfortable presenting to executives and digital, experience and marketing peers
- Ability to manage complex projects, processes, partners, and vendors as needed.
- Ability to think strategically and make innovative recommendations that drive goals.
