**Key Responsibilities**
- **Social Media Marketing**: Develop and manage content for social media platforms, engage with followers, and track engagement metrics.
- **Customer Acquisition**: Execute campaigns to attract new patrons through targeted promotions and offline strategies.
- **Event Promotion**: Support planning and marketing of events that drive customer traffic, including seasonal promotions and theme nights.
- **Community Engagement**: Build partnerships with local businesses to secure group bookings for corporate and holiday events.
- **Content Creation**: Collaborate with designers or independently produce marketing materials like graphics and promotional videos.
- **Performance Analytics**: Track and analyze marketing performance, reporting on campaign success and customer engagement.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**:

- **Required**: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
- **Preferred**: Additional coursework or certifications focused on digital marketing, event management, or hospitality marketing.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years in marketing, preferably within a restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment.
- **Social Media Expertise**: Skilled in managing and growing social media presence.
- **Event Promotion Skills**: Experience in organizing and promoting events that increase foot traffic.
- **Creative and Detail-Oriented**: Strong eye for design and content creation.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Proficient in engaging with clients and partners effectively.
- **Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently and within a team.

**Salary/Pay**
- **Part-Time Position**: $20 to $28 per hour, based on experience, with bonus opportunities for successful campaigns and events.
