**Job Overview**
As a Records Administrator, you responsibilities will include keeping owner and tenant contact information up to date and assist clients with portal access.
**What you’ll do**
- Enter client information in our systems
- Update forms and lists
- Assisting with client phone calls relating to contact information and portal
- Update owner information when a unit sells
- Excellent command of the English language (grammar, spelling, punctuation)
- Strong communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- The ability to learn fast and work with mínimal supervision
- Being capable of meeting deadlines
- A positive attitude
Pay: $43,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
