***:Reporting to the Sales Manager, the **Inside Feed Sales Representative **will support the growth of our bulk and bagged feed business at the Westlock mill location by providing a value-added customer experience to our walk-in and call-in customers. The Inside Sales Representative is expected to conduct all matters in a manner consistent with the company’s Corporate Values of Innovation, Caring, Capable, and Collaborative.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Build positive relationships with new and existing customers at the Westlock mill location; ensuring all communications are friendly, positive, and professional.
- Providing clear and effective feeding solutions and recommendations for our walk-in and call-in feed customers; while leveraging the sales and nutrition team members for support as needed.
- Manage the consultant-based business and transactions with support from the sales manager as required
- Facilitate prompt and effective business process support so customer needs are met in a timely fashion.
- Work with the Retail store team processing sales transactions, taking phone calls, greeting customers, and answering customer questions as required.
- Contribute ideas on ways to grow our feed business, enhance the customer buying experience, and ultimately leading to top-line growth at The Westlock Millstore.
- Listen effectively to understand customer needs and work towards developing solutions for them.
- Collaborate with other departments and build positive relationships with colleagues to drive customer satisfaction.
- Follow Customer Service procedures ensuring compliance with CFIA and HACCP guidelines.
- Perform other duties as required.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Looking for an individual with excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to solve both routine and complex problems and exhibits initiative for quality and superior customer service.
- Can work collaboratively as part of a team environment and work with mínimal supervision.
- Collaborative, respectful, innovative, self-motivated, high-level of integrity, and strong work-ethic.
- Strong focus on continuous improvement and is coachable.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- CFIA and HACCP knowledge an asset but not required.
- Works well under pressure and can respond quickly and positively in a dynamic and changing environment
- Computer proficiency with the entire MS Office Suite.
- Experience and comfort in using Point of Sale systems considered an asset but not required.
- Ability to multi-task, quickly prioritize individual responsibilities, work in a fast-paced environment, and effectively manage time under tight deadlines.
