**Trouw Nutrition** is seeking a Warehouse Worker / Retail Sales Clerk for our Westlock location. Reporting to the Mill Store Manager, as the **Warehouse Worker/Retail Sales Clerk**, your strong work ethic and dedication will be essential in providing front-line support to our customers and Customer Service team. With your positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and excellent team and interpersonal skills, you will thrive in our dynamic environment.

**About The Role**:Our **unionized Warehouse Worker / Retail Sales Clerk**provides exceptional customer service and optimizes inventory movement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with stock counts and general inventory logistics in both the warehouse and retail store
- Answering customer inquiries and providing an exceptional customer experience
- Receiving and displaying merchandise
- Must be pleasant and professional and demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Perform general housekeeping and** 25% retail duties and 75% warehouse duties** in the warehouse of the mill store, including serving customers, loading feeds, receiving orders using forklift, etc.
- Outstanding organizational abilities and demonstrated attention to detail
- Work in a fast-paced environment and efficiently multi-task
- Assisting where needed throughout the facility

**Skills and Expertise**

**Qualifications**:

- Agricultural industry experience is an asset
- Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly bend, twist, stand for long periods, and lift a minimum of 25 kgs.
- Self-motivated - able to work independently in fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision
- Great organizational skills
- Forklift experience is an asset

**Expectation from the Role**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries, making product recommendations and driving sales
- Collaborate with team members, maintain a clean and organized store, and support additional tasks as needed
- Accurate movement and reporting of inventory
- ** Full-time, Monday to Friday; Rotation on Saturday based on business need**
- On-site location: 9415 - 109 Street Westlock, Alberta T7P 2M6
- Hourly rate: $20/hour
