Residential and Community Inclusion Worker

Vacancies of up to 40 hours per week for days, afternoons, evenings, and night shifts, both, on weekdays and weekends. Given the wide variety of shifts at our day programs and group homes, we are confident that we can create a schedule that works for you.
Wage for this position ranges from $22.68 to $25.19 per hour, with an additional 10.2% for casual staff, in lieu of vacation and Stat pay.

**Hiring requirements**:
- Education, experience, or a combination of both, in Community Living or Social Services
- Satisfactory Criminal Record Check
- Valid First aid with CPR
- Negative TB test
- Physician’s health reference
- Satisfactory Driving record, with a valid class 5 license
- Class 4 Driver's License - current or able to obtain within 6 months
- Food Safe Certificate

**Please Note**:
- This position is open to all qualified individuals and requires BCGEU membership
- Successful applicants must meet all hiring requirements to pass the three-month trial period
- Hiring requirements will be the responsibility of the applicant; however, Clements Centre will be offering a reimbursement of $150 toward these, once most requirements are completed
