**WHAT YOU DO**

STORMTECH is hiring for an **Bilingual Credit/AR Collections Representative** to join our growing team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Bilingual French & English required.
- Manage a portfolio of $10 Million yearly sales.
- Maintain accounts within approved terms.
- Review orders daily for efficient release on a timely basis.
- Collections of accounts overdue.
- Interact/communicate with internal departments and the customer to gather and clarify information to process timely setting up of new accounts.
- Review account credit limits as sales growth requires.
- Review aged accounts and recommend actions to increase collectability and reduce risks.
- Provide efficient customer service to answer inquiries and solve problems.
- Reconcile disputes with customers, coordinate with customer service.
- Assist other credit / administration staff to ensure overall performance of the department.

**YOUR KEY SKILLS**
- Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Effective problem solver
- Must be well organized and detail oriented

**WHAT YOU HAVE**:

- 2+ years collections experience
- Must be Bilingual with French and English, written and spoken fluently
- Experience in apparel or hard goods, distribution, B2C or B2B industry an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel (beginner)
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms an asset
- Go-getter attitude: positive, proactive, transparent and team orientated individual

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $54,000.00 per year
